How did Moroni Saw Me come to be?

Rodric Anthony started writing Moroni Saw Me in 2010 after the death of his daughter Zipporah Linda-Ann. The book took him several years to start because he did not know exactly what direction to take. Ultimately, he chose to offer how he deals with  grief in general, his daughters death being the most traumatic experience at the publishing of the book.
The story is written from a personal perspective which includes you, the reader, throughout the book. The reading style is conversational and the appeal range is to people of faith and strong conviction. People of no faith and situational conviction will enjoy it too! Included is the evolution of his faith from its seedling beginnings in the faith of other people to a faith of his own to move mountains of adversity through Jesus Christ.

"Jesus Christ is the Son of God and the Savior of humanity. He is also my personal Savior and Friend. I love Him," testifies Rodric. "He meets us where we are in life, not where others think we need to be."
Rodric is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and that sentiment is reflected in the name of the book and in many places throughout the book.

Rodric's story is applicable to every person who believes in something larger than him or herself but INCLUDES everybody. He explores how he, as a Black person deals with racism--within himself and that of others. In the book he battles on page his conflicts with his faith and his race. Most importantly, he shares his love of Jesus Christ and His teachings to love God and love our neighbors. "Love is the hardest easiest thing to learn in life," he states.
